Ferret Vegetables
This is a great vegetable dish that even children will love (ferret dinner 24). You can make your own pureed vegetables or use the vegetable soufflés in the freezer department of your grocery store.

Use a rectangular baking dish and place a large ferret cookie cutter in the center and fill with one of the vegetables (this example shown has a corn ferret). Next, pour another vegetable around the cookie cutter (this example shows spinach) (ferret dinner 25). Finally, spoon the third vegetable (carrot in this example) around the outside to “frame” the dish. Carefully pull out the cookie cutter (ferret dinner 26). Bake in a 350 degree oven until there is firmness in the center and the outside begins to darken (ferret dinner 27).
