Thank you for testing your powers of observation with the two ferret illustrations by Thomas Kimball in Ferrets USA 2010, page 57.
The nine differences in the two illustrations are as follows:
1. The water bottle is full in the top image and empty in the bottom image.
2. The ferret’s nose is pink in the top image and brown in the bottom image.
3. The ferret’s eyes are brown in the top image and blue in the bottom image.
4. The stripes in the hammock are horizontal in the top image and vertical in the bottom image.
5. The food is higher in the bowl in the top image than it is in the bottom image.
6. The top image shows the tail of the ferret, but the tail doesn’t show in the bottom image.
7. The top image has one less “wrinkle” line above the ferret’s rear leg than the bottom image has.
8. The top image has a bump in the hammock beneath the ferret’s forearm, but the bottom image doesn’t have this.
9. The colors of the wall behind the bars of the top image are dark blue over light blue, but the bottom image has this reversed, with light blue above dark blue.
Did you find them all?
