Rabbits like this Mini Lop are individuals with unique personalities.
Q: Are Harlequin rabbits more of a personal rabbit? Do they like to cuddle and such?
A: We have had many Harlequin rabbits in our adoption center, the Bunny Bunch. Some have been super sweet and outgoing, while others have been shy and have taken a while to trust and adjust to their new surroundings. I see this with all breeds of rabbits.
Being in rabbit rescue, we have all breeds and mix breeds coming in. What I have found is that each rabbit has their own personality, which I do not find is determined by the breed. I think within each breed rabbits are all different.
If you are considering getting a rabbit, I think the best thing to do is to meet lots of rabbits, spending time with each of them and getting to know them. I find when people do this, they will find a connection with a certain rabbit or pair of rabbits.
