1) Each contest runs for a calendar month.
2) Each user can only enter the contest once.
3) Photo submissions must be property of contest entrant.
4) Each user can only vote once in each contest, each day.
5) A limit of one vote per household per day is enforced. Voting is recorded by username and IP address, any indication of the same user voting more than once a day for the same animal will result in those additional votes being disqualified.
6) SmallAnimalChannel.com administrators reserve the right to disqualify individuals for fraudulent voting activity.
7) Fraudulent accounts created for voting purposes will be deleted and removed from SmallAnimalChannel.com
8) Actual winner(s) of contests will be determined by the SmallAnimalChannel.com staff, who will manually review all votes. The contest winner will be announced through a posting online.
9) The winner will be contacted by e-mail and have prize points awarded to his/her Club Critter account.
10) Entries become the property of BowTie magazines, a division of BowTie Inc. By submitting your photograph to this photo contest, you agree that if you win the contest, your contact information will be given to contest sponsors, who may use the information for marketing purposes.
11) Employees of BowTie Inc. and their families are ineligible to enter the contest. Entrants certify that they own the animals photographed or have the owner’s/photographer’s permission to enter the contest.
12) If a photo represents a potentially risky scenario (such as allowing ferrets access to an open dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), Ferrets Magazine assumes all ferrets were photographed while under close supervision and that their safety was never at risk.
13) A prize of 10,000 Critter Club points will be awarded to one contest winner per contest.
14) Earn 100 points for voting on your favorite photo.
15) Be sure your photos are in focus and have fun!
