Hey!
Sorry that I haven't had much time to come on lately. Momma is just really busy. One of our rabbits has an abcess on her cheek now. The lady who runs the bunny rescue is taking her to the vet in the morning though to get a penicillin (I'm not sure how to spell that) shot and that should help the abcess go away. No we aren't sure what happened to them. About a week ago, our only lop rabbit lost the use of his back legs and he had to be put to sleep. It was really sad. All the other bunnies are doing well though.Come visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.

Unfortuneatly, no adoptions at the Bunny Castle. The rescue is participating at community service at the local junior high school. The kids have to do community for a certian amount of hours depending on their grade (6th, 7th, or 8th) and the rescue signed up. They have had 3 kids call so far.Come visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.

Yeah, it was probably heat stroke. I asked the girl who runs the bunny Castle. Rabbits are very sensitive to heat. Is the rabbit OK? If he hasn't passed away or anything, I would suggest moving him to a cage without the light over him. One EarCome visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.

No, there anre not any new rabbits at the Bunny Castle. They have 212 right now and they have no room for any more. There have been people calling that need to take their rabbits there and the girl who runs the Bunny Castle feels bad saying no, but there just is not any room. Hopefully, they can get some adopted out so there will be room for more rabbits.Come visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.

Blue eyes? That's interesting. There are no bunnies with blue eyes here at the the Bunny Castle. Most have dark brown eyes. However, one has green, and some have red and there a few with blackish-greenish eyes. But no blue.Come visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.

Some have been there over a year? Gosh, that's sad!! Yeah, I hope you can keep them cool. Another tip -- rabbits don't do well in 80 degrees or more. They should be fine in the air conditioned area of the shelter if they keep it around 60 degrees. ♥One EarCome visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.

What kind of animal do you be, Angel Bosco. It be hard to tell. Anyway, I want to thanks you for being our friends and helping me win da COTM -- but I realy never thought I would! I thought we were just all having fun. Until I was shipwrecked. Dat not be fun. Good luck to all your friends and we so hopes dat da find homes. Youse know I came from a small animal rescue, don't you? And I was rescued from an abuse case. Who would have ever thought dat little old scared me (cause I was just a pup den) would be COTM just a year after I be born.

One way to keep them cool is to have an air conditioner or swamp cooler running. Another way it to take empty juice bottles and fill them with water and freeze them.Come visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.

Nine?! Oh my God! Well, it is starting to be "Easter dump season" as the people at the bunny rescue call it. But good news from me! There is a family who is adopting four rabbits and nice teenage girl and her mom are adopting a rabbit. I sure hope some of the rabbits and other small animals get homes at your shelter. The cat population at this animal shelter is sky high. There's thirty three. Very sad. One earCome visit me, ♥Bodie & One Ear.
