Coloring: Marshall farms is not to be trusted. did you call them? if you go on any forum for ferrets and search the name marshall farms then you are bound to find SO many bad comments about them. Your ferret is a blaze ferret. AFA is not just about ferret showings it is the literal definition of the color of the ferret. a panda is a panda because it has a white head and sometimes marks around the eyes. The same as a blaze is a blaze because it has a white stripe, as with your little guy. I have been dealing with coloring and patterns for years, don't get me wrong, someday he might be a panda due to the fact that as they get older they often roan into completely white! but in this picture you have above he is a blaze. until he has an almost completely white head with little markings on it then he is not a panda. Again, marshall farms is a HORRIBLE breeder and i would not trust them for the world :( i have one non marshall and she is the healthiest thing i have ever seen. Hagrid who is only four is a marshalls and is becoming adrenal my female who is non marshall does not have adrenal and may not ever get it. Ferretspatternu.ucoz.com it has a lot of information and pictures of a blaze and panda and other colors. i promise that he will probably become panda soon as he is young and since he is silver, by time he is 4 years old he could be completely white. 1. i am not attacking you, please do not think so!! 2. I just want people to get the right information ESPECIALLY when it comes to the idiocracy of Marshall farms!Come visit me, Coda, Hagrid, Stiv Bators, Mimzy and Frank, Rob RIP 10-11-2011, Tubesock & Rip William 10-1-2011.

Haha you are not a panda!! Sorry, i saw you commented on another page and said you were a panda, a panda is a ferret with dark sable legs and a COMPLETELY white head, Like my Handsome Rob was(Check out his page, he is a panda) You are what is called a blaze ferret :) A blaze is when a ferret has a white streak anywhere from the top of the head down to the base of the neck. Also in your discription it says you are a loner, Blaze and Panda ferrets are often associated with Waardenburgs syndrome. Could you be deaf??? Some signs are, Deafness, White head markings, bridged nose, high set eyes, short tail and often shorter legs then normal. Heheh it is nothing to worry about.. just a common thing in ferrets :) Rob is a panda ferretCome visit me, Coda, Hagrid, Stiv Bators, Mimzy and Frank, Rob RIP 10-11-2011, Tubesock & Rip William 10-1-2011.

Hi! Yes, Gizmo is an opossum. He and his sister, Aubrey, were babies found with their siblings and abandoned by their mom -possibly another animal scared her? We rescued them (my friend did) and my two were the only ones who lived. They both crossed over the Rainbow bridge and I miss them both terribly. I'll try to post more pictures! When I have a chance I will put a page up for Aubrey too! Thank you for asking. If you have more questions about them I will try to answer as best I can. They are legal in some states but not in most. They are hard to take care of in terms of diet and medically you need to find a vet who knows them. Other than that, having ferrets is a good thing before an opossum as you learn alot about how they can get into things etc... I've had alot of ferrets in the past too. I would not advise having an opossum as a pet (well, they own you actually!) unless you are in a legal state and they are a rescue that needs a forever home as they are non releasable. One vet bill can drain you! But I am totally addicted to Opossums and try to support their cause as much as I can. They are really gentle, sweet animals and are very intelligent. They do so much good for our environment too. Thanks again!Come visit me, Gizmo.
