Do not fret. Yes, it may be because you havent been spayed yet. It might help. But there are animals that are skittish and shy. No, it is a good thing to have a large cage. If she didnt have the option to run from you, it would make her even more afraid and she may bite. perhaps you should try letting her come to you. Don't worry, my hamster pal Little Bear was terrified of people too at first. now he clambers to the door of his cage begging to come out. try socializing mollie every day, a little bit at a time. hold out healthy treats and let her take them on her own account. once she associates you with a good thing, hold your hand out and let her smell it. dont even try to pet her even. eventually she will build up trust and before you know it she'll WANT to spend time with you. it might seem totally hopeless, but it takes time. what if you were a teeny rabbit and all you know is taken away from you at a young age, including your entire family? you'r e taken to a strange place with scary giants and weird odors and sounds. talk about frightening.....treat your rabbit as you would a child. they're sensitive. but i know if you are patient, your relationship with mollie will strengthen.

We voted for you. So did you get to play with the easter eggs too? Lucky rolls them around the room. Are you litter trained? Lucky is i got him a fence and he runs around all day & night in my bed room. He has his space & i have mine. Im sure once mollie finds out that being out of the cage is more fun than being in one she will never want back in her cage! Please get mollie fixed because all rabbits get agressive if ther are not. Hi, you visited me, and asked me about getting your rabbit a companion, I think that it is wonderfull that you are getting her a companion, I would recomend a Nudered buck, females tend to fight, I am not shure if they would fight if they were both spayed, but I know somone who has 2 Holland lops of opposite genders, who are altered, and live together in the same cage, happly. You are very cute. I am new to the bunny world, just getting a dutch 5 months ago. He is getting neutered next month and I thought about getting him a spayed female companion as I heard two males can have dominance issues. There are some good articles in Rabbit USA magazine!
