Oh sweetheart, 'course I'm not mad at you!!! Is there anythin' I should be mad at ya fur?!! lol. I so sorry if ya been lookin round...I nowhere to be found! Me mom has been real busy with somethin called "skool work". I guess it's no fun sometimes but I don't know what the big deal is, cause last week while mom was doin' "homework", she pulled a chair up next to hers fur me, an I lay on it all nice n' snug while she massaged me with one hand and wrote with the other. Does that sound like anything other than pure delight? Ahhh what a life. lol!
Mom is looking forward to her Christmas vacation, in just one week! That will be so nice to have that time off from school. Lotsa extra snuggles wiff me, right mom? he,he.
Today I had lots of fun 'moving in' to my Black Lab sis, Peaka's kennel. Sounds strange, right? It was a blast! lol. So me mom brought me into the entry room (where the doggies stay) to play and let me 'visit' Peaka. Oh btw, Peaka would never hurt me. She's just annoying sometimes cause she paws at me. Don't know what that's all about, but anyway. I hopped around a little at first...gave Peakz the evil eye ("no messy with Topes today, ya big black slobber face" OH don't let mom hear that...he,he,he) and then WHAT did I do? Well I just decided to make meself RIGHT at home in her kennel. LOL! I hopped over to it, sniffed arounds, and thought to meself "ah perfect place to rest me sore ol' (yeah right) hoppers". I pushed the blankies all around inside til they were just how I wanted 'em, an then relaxed fur a nice nap. Peakz was NOT happy with me. She was mad at mom fur letting me go into her 'domain' but she didn't mess with me, just went over to her other bed, crossed her paws, and let out a deep sigh. Hahaha!! I not scaredy pants of you, Labby Labby, not one bit! But then mom said I couldn't stay in it all day, so ya know WHAT SHE DIDS?...She disturbed me from me nice comfy snoozzzzzin an took me back out to the ol' hutch! How DARE she?!! I feel so robbed. :(
Well guess I'll hafta furgive 'er cause she gonna be the one servin me breakfast in the mornins. lol.
Again, sorry fur the long time, no hoppy. I did miss ya, and I'll try to help mom get that hard work (lol,lol,lol) done sooner so she can help me get to ya. I gots lotsa new pics up. Hope you'll come round ta take a peeks!

well I don't know about the secret Santa thing you are talking about BUT after I passed over to the Rainbow Bridge the BIG BOSSMAN thought that because I was such a good ferret that I should become the Santa for all the critters. Last year I had an email address but sadly not many critters wrote to me. So this year my good friend Merlin suggested that I come on the channel so that critters could write to me and tell me waht they would like for Christmas. So after much thought here I am. For the next few weeks I am staying at the Great Lodge on the Lake here at Dragon Mountain with Angels Albi, Casper and Muffin as my hosts. Got a real nice computer set up here so I can communicate with everyone. Hope that you and your family have a nice Turkey Day.Come visit me, Santa Ferret.

Hi guys this is Daisy Mae and I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a while. We've been very busy for the past few weeks. Some stuff bunny related, some not. Mom is helping a neighbor look for her lost cat. We're still working on the bunny room and trying to make it more roomy for us buns. Today we are getting new flooring. We have a concrete floor mom finds disgusting because it soaks in the urine so we are getting vinyl tiles.
Also, our room will be painted. So tell us what color you like best! Mom is thinking about doing sea green, sky blue, or light orange. We're so exited!
P.S. This year mom invites all you critters to participate in "Bags For Buns 2010". What is that? The Admin family from bunspace and some of their friends will make special bags filled with toys and treats. A few weeks before Christmas, those bags will be sent to shelters all over US and Canada to surprise their rabbits. Last year we raised 828 bags! Each bag costs $8 and $1 of it goes to The HRS Emergency Rescue Fund.

CONGRATULATIONS on your big 1,000!! Today we had our first snowfall!! Woke up to everythin' all covered in white but it was nice and not too cold fur a change. First mommy and me played in bedroom, and had some yogies, (not her, just me, he,he). I posed fur me costumes, got some pics, (come see, come see!) and then mommy and me went exploring in the snow! Hopped around and had lots of fun. And guess what? I wore my new winter jacket! Mommy been hidin' it from me til today, cause I been sheddin', ya see, but now it's purty much done comin' off of me. Hair sticks to the lil' jacket real good and mommy said if she had put it on when I wasn't through wiff me sheddins n' all, it would've came off orange wiff fur to the seams. he,he!! Mom said I never did look cuter, so she got out the cam cam and then click click, to the puter. Then I ates some Ritz (those be a favorites) and ya know, I did SEE, some missin... Ah mommY! She had been sneakin' some fur herself. he,he.
Tomorrow be Halloweens! Maybe I'll be able to sneak into kitty sis, Abby's angel costumes again...Mommy did not buy it for me. he,he,he.

OPEN INVITE TO THE HALLOWEEN PARTY AT DRAGON MT.
Ok first of all party will start on October 21 st and run till the 31st. This should give everyone a chance to visit and enjoy all the festivities no matter what their Moms and Dads work hours.
Albi and Muffin have the Great Lodge on the Lake open and it will be all decorated up for critters to stay in. Also there will be lots of tents set up over by the FIELD OF FLOWERS in the wooded area and of course there are extra bedrooms in lots of the cabins of residents and also my guest cabin so there will be lots of room for all critters to spend the entire week if they want to. MOMS AND DADS, You do not have to constantly post but can just have your critters come up and spend the entire time enjoying everything.
The carnival will be open and totally decorated as will the tunnel and water parks along with some NEW attractions.Come visit me, Merlin The Great -Life be a learning experience.

Friendship and forgiveness...they are the greatest gifts one can give. I have had the joy of being your friend and now I can just hope you will pardon me for my long absence. Never did I ever want to be away from my friends, whose faces and smiles each have their own special picture in my heart. You were in my mind many, many times while I was away and I sent you warm thoughts and wished you a beautiful day. What can I say...I missed you! And it feels so good to be back. THANK YOU for your wonderful blogs and checking in on me. My greatest apologies for taking such a long time to get back to you. I just can't believe how much time has gone by. And I feel terrible at what a bad friend I've been. I put a great value on your friendship and it means the world to have the honor of taking part in it. You are wonderful!!
It didn't seem right to start with all the hullabaloo that's been going on around here. But I've tried my best to tell you how much I've missed you, and now it's time to let you know what in the world I've been up to the past 5 months. Yes, mommy did miss my 3rd birthday and it was a shame. But I got to stay with mom's best friend and the house hunting finally payed off. Mom had a great trip to Springfield, MO for her sister's graduation but she did miss me. We moved into a nice, but small, house last August and are really enjoying it. We will be trying to move again (yikes!) this spring because the location isn't really good for us. But it will work for a while until we can afford to get a house closer to Anchorage, AK's biggest city. Mom's mom built a huge bunny hutch for me and I'm loving it. Sure is nice after all that time spent in my carrier while we were traveling around looking for a house. You know what's crazy? We bought a school-bus! But I'll have to save that for another blog...

Hey SAC friends, sorry we were gone so long. Things got really busy here, again! Plus mom is so forgetful that after the dogs finish their pics, blogs, and other things ,mom either forgets to help us on or there's no time (like when we're trying to finish blogs at 1am, LOL). Well, we better start from where we left! Hershey ended up going to the vet, and we had two choices, either try to treat him or put him down...it's obvious what mom picked. Well, he didn't like his medicine, but now, two months later you wouldn't know anything was wrong with him. Then to us critters another September 11th happened on July 24th. A new dog! Brandon the Golden Retriever. Now we have 3 dog furlings, their DogChannel page is # 117899. As for us, we need new pictures again, but mom's laptop isn't doing too well - the battery broke, then the charger ,now on a borrowed charger it is still getting worse. Our current pics are saved, but our "actual computer" doesn't work with the nice camera. Too old, probably. We need new computers, hehehe! Anyhoo, that's what happened with us!
