Jojo here
Well the cage works perfect for me and my sis. Even though it is a ferret cage, Mom modified it slightly for chins. Most chins get a really small cage by comparison. I can climb up the entire cage and jump off the top. It scares Mom when I do it, but duh, I'm 'spider chin' for a reason! :) We used to have our own bedroom in the house. It had our cage in one corner and tons of the 'cat posts' all over the room. The toys were screwed in to the wall around the bottom molding so it was only the coolest play room ever. We got free run of our room for a few hours at a time daily...but not anymore :( My mom and dad are having a baby and now I hear something like 'that's going to be the baby room' blah blah. Now our cage is in the living room but we only get to run around mom and dad's room when they are in there. The new baby coming is the reason my mom got my sister. So I'd have a companion to compensate for all the extra attention I'd be loosing. You can see in my pics I went everywhere and did everything. I was even used for Animal Education programs and birthday parties. Being a single chin was easy cuz I literally went everywhere with mom. I'm even potty trained! (not a very popular chin trick) But since Mom will soon have to carry a baby everywhere she knew I'd be home more. So my little sister was born in March and she now lives with me! It is definately a big help to have her to play with. Mom and dad still do stuff with us, but it can't be as much as before. Anyway enough blabbing, how long has your mom/dad had you?
